      Moderation Levels

        Article summary

When a moderator reviews a report, they are to make the decision based on how serious the player has broken our rules. These rules are to be followed regardless your employment status, and rank. It's for the safety and principle structure to BlueStar Games.

We have a difference before a player can be banned, please look at the following bullets below.

        • Warning: Warnings are given out to remind our players that rules are enforced, and they can be disciplined if they continue the misconduct. There is no moderation action at this stage.

        • Kick: Kicks are generally given out once the player has hit three warnings, you won't be kicked unless our moderators had to repeatedly ask you to stop the misconduct. These are considered "minor infractions"

        • Ban: Bans are given out as temporary punishments and commonly known as a mild infraction. If a user has been warned, and kicked after their rule violation, the moderator will take the next step which is known as a ban. The user will have the opportunity to appeal the ban only through Discord. A Roblox ban is temporary and you don't need to appeal this.

        • Permanent Ban: A Permanent Ban are known as "Major Infractions" and these are used for serious offenses. These are generally the greatest of severity level excluding blacklists. If a user has recicived a permanent ban, the only way to remove the infraction is to appeal directly through the appeal form. However, please note that permanent ban is appealable but rarely accepted.

        • Blacklist: A Blacklist is the highest level of punishment a user can get at BlueStar Games. These are not appeable and will be left on the users record forever. These users will not be welcome back at our group, and if they're found evading their punishment by creating alternate accounts. We will ban all their associated accounts and they will be marked as a repeated offender.
