Job Applicant Employment Policy
All applicants, staff and interns are required to adhere to our Terms of Use, Privacy Statement and this policy. If you refuse to follow these policies, you will be terminated from your position effective immediately.
Welcome to BlueStar Games! You've just located our Employment Policy which is the mandated guidelines for all employees working at BlueStar Games. At BlueStar Games, we ensure privacy, respect and support are the key values of a friendly ecosystem and enviornment.
Policy Mandate
BlueStar Games ensures three high components that is entrusted with all our employees.
Respect: All employees are treated with respect and provocative morals is not what is represented at our Company. If a fight happens between our employees, we try to resolve it without anyone leaving. We want our players and employees to feel respected, enjoyed and feel taken care of, so we can hear and deliver that positive feedback! Respect is key, we want to make sure our players and employees come in every day with a bright smile and we want them all to return and come back as well.
Honesty: When looking at honesty, we're expecting our staff to trust us, so we trust them. This goes for their intentions and actions, their behavior, professionalism and collaboration with their peers. Our staffing team should have a positive behavior, making sure they greet the customers to the best of their ability and work together to make matters happen. We want our staff to represent high proficiency as well, reason state is that we want to get high re-marks and be presented as a professional group and take matters seriously and into their hands. Staff should be honest about everything, do not lie about untrue things. If a problem or concern happens, don’t hide it. Simply get some support from your peers or a higher-up to assist you.
Support: You're never alone in your workspace! You're surrounded by your peers who are here to assist you. As an employee, you should consider making friends and working with them, even if they're not in the same department as you! We have a help-center where our players can go and ask questions and view articles!
Prohibitions of Policy
At BlueStar Games, when being hired as an employee. You're prohibited from doing the following:
- Provoking or targeting your colleague(s) based on their sexual affiliations, religious backgrounds or ethnic origins.
- Making references based on alcoholism, nudity/pornographic content ("Not safe for work")
- Using inappropriate language towards your team leader or team mates.
- Attempting to abuse our websites, groups and or community socials.
- Making false accusations about a current or past employee.
- Attempting organize and participate in a series of raids, either affiliated or non affiliated with our brand
- Misrepresenting our brand, mission statement and affiliates/partners.
You're required to follow our Community Rules which is located here. If we're using a platform, such as Roblox, Discord or Twitter, you must follow their guidelines.
Useage of Assets
When an employee uses an asset, either as in-game, such as Administrator commands. We are expecting them to respect the useage of the asset and not abuse it in any-way. When an employee uses a website, such as our Help Center or Developer Website. We're expecting that the services are not abused and that they adhere to our Terms of Use at all times.
If an employee abuses our services, they will be terminated immediately from their position; these include:
Termination of Position
Terminations are given to our employees when they're seen fit. Once an employee is terminated, their perks are removed. Depending on what the employee has done will determine if they can be reimbursed with their rank back, but will only be done under strict circumstances
We go by a three strike policy, after the employee has hit three strikes. They will be terminated from their position.
