1. Eligibility:

a. The BlueStar Games Sweepstakes / Giveaways and Contests (hereinafter referred to as "Promotion") are open to legal residents of all countries, except where prohibited by law or where restricted by location.
b. Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Minors are not eligible to participate.
c. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of BlueStar Games, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate.

2. Promotion Period:

a. The Promotion period will be clearly specified in each individual Promotion announcement.
b. All entries must be received within the designated Promotion period. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter:

a. Entry methods will be clearly outlined in each individual Promotion announcement.
b. Participants must follow the specified entry requirements to be eligible.
c. Entries must be complete, accurate, and comply with the terms and conditions set forth in the Promotion announcement.

4. Prize:

a. The prize(s) offered in each Promotion will be clearly stated in the respective Promotion announcement.
b. The prize(s) are non-transferable, and no substitutions or cash equivalents will be provided.
c. BlueStar Games reserves the right to substitute the prize(s) with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:

a. Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries.
b. Winners will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry.
c. Winners must respond to the notification within the specified time frame, usually within 24 to 48 hours of notification.
d. If a winner fails to respond within the specified time frame, BlueStar Games reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

6. Location Restrictions:

a. Participation in the Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
b. Residents of the following countries are not eligible to participate in the Promotion: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Region of Crimea, Russia, Sudan, and Syria.
c. Participants located in any of the aforementioned countries are solely responsible for complying with their local laws and regulations.

8. General Terms:

a. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of BlueStar Games, which are final and binding.
b. BlueStar Games reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.
c. BlueStar Games reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical malfunction that may affect the integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion.

9. Limitation of Liability:

a. BlueStar Games and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising out of participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
b. Participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless BlueStar Games and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever arising from their participation in the Promotion.

10. Governing Law:

a. The Promotion and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BlueStar Games is located.
b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the jurisdiction where BlueStar Games is located.
