        • You may use our official logos on your fansite, but you must redirect our logos as a link back to our website.

        • You’re not permitted to use our thumbnails, icon, or gamepass/badge graphics on your fansite.

        • Your fansite must comply with our Copyright & Trademark policy. In addition, which includes our Brand Guidelines.

        • Your site must have a disclaimer stating its unofficial and has no relations to BlueStar Games Employees or the company itself. If we endorse something, it will be posted on our news-wire.

        • You cannot sell digital goods owned by BlueStar Games and use it as a third-party to gain profit.

        • Additional violations of our Terms of Use, Trademark Guidelines and Community Standards will result in a fansite takedown request.

        • BlueStar Games, as the sole proprietor, reserves the rights to uphold, review and edit these guidelines without any notice.


        If these guidelines are not respected and followed, we will ask you to shutdown your fansite and refusal can result in legality issues. If we notice some outliers with your fansite, we will contact you and get the situation resolved.

        Do I need permission to create a fansite?

        No, there’s no permission needed. Anyone is allowed to create a fansite page, such as a wiki or fandom about our games or group. You must respect these guidelines and adhere to them when creating your fansite.


        Is BlueStar Games Trademarked?

        We’re not trademarked at this point, but depending on the success of our game and if we decide to sell products. We will be in touch with the USPTO to trademark our names, and logos if necessary.


        Can I use your logo?

        When creating your fansite, you may only use our logos as said in our Trademark Policy. To respect our artist’s commitment of work, we’ve only allowed certain graphics to be used for public-use.


        Why does BlueStar Games care about my fansite?

        We care because our team has worked extremely hard to create our graphics. It’s disrespectful to steal someone’s hard compensated work and manipulate people to think it’s theirs when it’s in fact not.

        Under the law, we’re required to protect our assets from malicious use and take action against illegal activity.
